These Terms of Service govern your use of the Emplastrum Drywall website (emplastrumdrywall.ca) and any drywall services provided by Emplastrum Drywall (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Calgary, Alberta. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
All quotes are free and provided after an on-site assessment or review of photos and project details. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes after the quote is issued. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area on the scheduled date. We ask that pets and children be kept clear of the work area during the project. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed to in advance. We accept cash, e-transfer, and cheque. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the finished job, contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will return to review and address the concern at no charge. This applies to workmanship defects, not changes in scope or finish preference expressed after completion.
Emplastrum Drywall carries general liability insurance for residential drywall work. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside the scope of drywall work (such as structural issues, plumbing, or electrical).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
