A typical job in one of these homes involves 15 to 40 wall and ceiling cut-outs across multiple rooms, closets, utility spaces and occasionally crawl spaces. Every Diamond Cove cut-out closed, Level 4 taped and texture-matched across the home. Not every poly-B call is a full re-pipe. A single fitting failure at a bathroom shutoff or hot water tank connection in a home that has not yet been re-piped leaves a targeted cut-out. We patch it, tape to Level 4 and texture match — same standard as a full re-pipe job, just a single opening. In newer Calgary communities — Evanston, Kincora, Nolan Hill, Legacy, Mahogany, Auburn Bay — the calls are small-scope plumbing repair patches where the primary requirement is a clean Level 4 finish and a precise texture match. A lot of our Diamond Cove work starts in the basement, where the ceiling has to stay openable for the plumbing above it.
